Ordering Orchids and Supplies from our Catalog
Ordering from Stony Brook Orchids is easy. When you click on a button on one of our catalog pages your selection is added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to check out, click the "checkout" link on the left hand side of the page or click "View Shopping Cart" on the upper right hand side of the page.
At the beginning of the checkout process you will see the items in your shopping cart. At this time you may remove any items that you've decided against. When you are ready to proceed click the "check out" button at the bottom right to proceed.
Enter your information and then click on "Submit Order" to place your order. When you click on "Submit Order" we receive an authorization to charge your credit card. We do not charge your card until we ship your order.
All of your information is kept strictly confidential. Our shopping cart and processes have all been certified as secure. We will never sell, rent, lease or give away your email address.
After you place your order we will package your items and calculate the shipping cost. We will then charge the shipping cost to your credit card in a separate transaction. Again, we do not charge you until we ship the order. We select the least expensive method of shipping unless you instruct us otherwise.
